Privacy Policy

Dream Engines (“we”, “us”) operates the Dream Engine inference service. This page explains what we collect when you use the service and how we use it. We’ve kept it short on purpose.

What we collect

  • Account. Email and password hash (handled by our auth provider, Clerk).
  • API keys you mint, scoped to your account.
  • Per-request metadata.Model, batch size, frame count, wall time, error code — used for billing and debugging.
  • Billing data. Stripe stores card details; we never see your full card number. We retain last-4, billing address, and payment status.
  • Server logs. IP, user agent, request path, response code. Retained 30 days, then deleted.

What we don’t do with your data

Inputs and outputs are not used to train any model. Start frames, action sequences, and generated videos are processed to fulfill your request and discarded immediately after the response is delivered, unless you explicitly opt in to caching for your own account.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers. We don’t embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Subprocessors

  • Stripe— payments and billing.
  • Clerk— authentication and session management.
  • Vercel— site hosting and edge delivery.
  • Modal— GPU inference execution.

Cookies

A single first-party session cookie issued by our auth provider for signed-in users. No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

Email privacy@dreamengines.run to request export, correction, or deletion of your account data. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have the rights afforded by GDPR / UK GDPR; California residents, by the CCPA.
